We know sizing can be tricky! If you're unsure of your ring size, we can help guide you using a reliable mobile app that measures your finger or an existing ring. Just email us and we’ll walk you through the process to ensure the perfect fit.

I love a piece, but my size isn't available—can you make it in a larger size?

Absolutely. If your size isn't listed, don’t worry—we’re happy to create a version that fits you perfectly. Most of our pieces are made to order, so we can adapt them to your measurements. Just contact us before purchasing, and we’ll take care of it.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Dyar Design pieces feature carefully selected semi-precious stones and natural materials, chosen not only for their beauty but also for the energy they bring. This natural elegance is paired with intricate craftsmanship to create timeless, unique jewelry.

What does “Made to Order” mean?

Most of our pieces are individually handcrafted in Switzerland in very limited quantities—often one or two at a time. This ensures each design receives the full attention it deserves, making your jewelry feel personal and unique. If a piece is not currently in stock, please allow 1–2 weeks for it to be made and prepared with care.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is free within Switzerland.

For European orders, shipping is free on purchases over €150.

Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges required by their country. These costs are not included in our prices and vary depending on your location.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We want you to love your jewelry. If a piece doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
