Each Dyar Design piece is sent in a carefully curated branded pouch or box, specially selected for that specific piece. These packages are not only elegant for gifting but are also ideal for storing and preserving your jewelry over time.

PRICING & TAXES
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country’s customs authority. These costs are not included in the product or shipping prices and may vary depending on your location.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
MADE TO ORDER
At Dyar Design, everything is handmade with intention, care, and precision.
We do not mass-produce or keep large stock – most of our pieces, especially rings and limited designs, are created in small batches or on a made-to-order basis. This ensures exclusivity and gives each piece a unique, personal touch.
- Ready-to-ship items are sent out within 2–3 business days.
- For made-to-order items, please allow 1–2 weeks for the piece to be completed before shipping.

SHIPPING & Customs Information
We ship all our jewelry with care from Switzerland using Swiss Post. All parcels are securely packaged in a letter-sized envelope (under 2 cm thick) and include a tracking number for peace of mind. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout – Dyar Design is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information.
Shipping within Switzerland
- Free shipping on all domestic orders
- Tracked delivery via A Mail Plus
- Delivered in 1–2 business days
Shipping to Europe (including the UK)
- Flat rate: CHF 6.00 with tracking for Orders under 150 CHF
- Delivered in 3–7 business days depending on location
- Sent as a priority letter with tracking (not signed)
- Shipping is free on all orders over CHF 150
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders (outside Switzerland), your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes once it arrives in your country.
These fees are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are legally required to declare the actual value of your purchase on the customs form (CN22) and to mark the shipment as “Sale of Goods.”
To avoid unexpected fees, we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. For most EU countries, there are no customs duties under 150 EUR, but local VAT may still apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in original packaging, and in new condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We currently do not offer exchanges for rings, due to their made-to-order nature, so please double-check your size when ordering.
To initiate a return, please email dyarjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and verify the condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
FAULTY ITEMS
Our pieces are handmade using natural materials, so slight variations in stone patterns or finishes are expected – and celebrated – as part of the charm.
However, if you believe you received a faulty item, please email us at dyarjewelry@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and either repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate.
Please note: damage caused by wear and tear, mishandling, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing fault.
